Jméno = name, kontrolní otázká = control question, odpověď = response (just write "ligis" in there = the name of the web backwards); and "zpráva" is "message". You don't have to write anything in there (in "zpráva"), we just need your e-mail address to send your password etc. (choose your login name btw ).

Well, that link is definitely invalid. Are you sure you copied it from e-mail correctly? You see, you are missing some text between activation code and domain. I wasn't able to find the code you provided in the database and thus if you have still problems, you can contact me through e-mail forum (at) sigil.cz and I will help you go through.
